Online ordering from Clubwerks.com, or browsing for that matter, is very easy. We won't ask you to log in or register. Unless you choose to purchase something from us, we won't even ask you to provide a single piece of personal information.
Once you have found an item that you'd like to purchase, simply select the options and put the item into your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" icon next to the item you want to purchase. If this is the first item you've added to your cart, you'll be asked to select a shipping method. The default is UPS Ground and this is done so you can see an exact shipped total for the item.
One of the most common questions we receive is about the shaft and grip selection. Many sites expect you to order a shaft or grip without providing you details. At Clubwerks.com, we have included a link called "Need help.....". When you click this link, it will open a small popup window that contains pictures, descriptions and specifications for all the shafts and grips we carry. Additionally, almost every item we sell has an icon titled "More Details" that will open a small popup window containing details such as loft, lie, weight, offset and availability of that particular item. In the case of brand name clubs, the "More Details" icon will open the manufacturer's website in a separate window, so that you may look at the specification provided directly by the manufacturer.
If you need to look at the items in your shopping cart, you can click the "View Shopping Cart" icon present on top of the left side menu of every page. Within the shopping cart, you can delete any item, add or subtract the item quantity or empty the contents of the entire cart with one click.
When you are ready to checkout and finalize your purchase, simply click "Checkout Now" from your shopping cart page. You will be asked if you live in the great state of California (for state sales tax purposes). You will then be asked to select your method of payment. Most customers choose to pay by credit card, but we gladly accept PayPal, checks, company checks and money orders as well. If you are paying by credit card, simply complete all the required entries and click "Submit" once. You will receive an email confirmation of your order with a 12 digit order number and you will receive a separate email containing all your order details. Please verify your order details carefully to insure that you picked the proper options for you clubs. We will also carefully verify the orders we receive. If we notice any discrepancies (customer ordering two extra sand wedges, shaft flexes mismatched, etc) we will contact you before processing your order to clarify the specifications.
If you are paying by any other method listed, your order will be submitted normally, but you will be required to complete the payment process to finalize your order. We will not start working on an order until payment has been received. In the case of large custom orders payed by check, the order will not be started until payment has been received and cleared.
