frequently asked questionsQ: How come you no longer sell KZG?A: KZG thought it was in the best interest of their company to discontinue doing business with Clubwerks because we are an internet based company. We have stood, side by side, with KZG since they opened for business, but we were discarded like yesterday's garbage with this business decision. Am I bitter? You bet. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?A: If you ordered custom built clubs, they will typically be shipped with 5-7 working days. Because of the tremendous selection of heads, shafts and grips we offer, some items will occasionally have to be special ordered. Q: What type of warranty do you offer?A: All brand name clubs come with the manufacturer's warranty, usually one year from date of purchase. All custom built clubs carry a lifetime warranty against breakage or defect. We have always offered a no questions asked warranty policy. If your club breaks, we will fix it! Q: Do you clubs come with a guarantee?A: A guarantee and warranty are two different things. A guarantee implies that our clubs will perform as advertised. In that aspect, yes, they are guaranteed to be golf clubs, superbly manfucturer to the specifications requested. We offer no guarantee of playability or that you will become a better golfer. No legitimate manufacturer does. We are not a fly by night informercial company. We are not promising you anything, other than the clubs you purchase from us will be expertly built, using the finest, tour proven components available. Q: What methods of payment do you accept?A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover directly through checkout. We also accept PayPal, which will allow you to use a variety of funding sources. Additionally, you may pay by check, company check or money order through checkout. If you pay by check or money order, we must receive your payment BEFORE your order is processed. Further, orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check has cleared, usally 3-5 banking days. Q: How come you don't ship COD?A: A few bad apples spoiled it for everybody. The nature of custom clubs dictates that very few orders are the same. When somebody orders a set of custom clubs via COD and then refuses delivery, the clubs will most likely never be sold as ordered. Q: What shipping methods do you offer?A: We ship most packages via UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, for obvious reasons. International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express. Bulky, oversized items that must be shipped USPS Parcel Post Airmail. If you need a different shipping method or service, please specify in the special instructions during checkout. Q: Do you accept International Orders?A: Yes, you may order online via the website just like US based customers. If paying by credit card, every effort will be made to verify the authenticity of the order before it is shipped, it most cases we will ask you to fax over a copy of your identification and a copy, both front and rear, of the credit card. Q: What do I do if I want a grip or shaft that you don't offer?A: Simply email or call us and ask. If we can get it, we will, it's that simple. Q: I notice you carry a particular line of products, but you don't have the item I'm looking for?A: Contact us and we'll probably be able to special order it for you. Q: I ordered a regular flex shafts, but now I'm a stiff flex monster, what can I do?A: We will gladly reshaft your club with a shaft more suited to your game. Please contact us for a quote. Q: Do you guys sell golf balls?A: No, there's no money in golf balls, unless you sell a million of them. We prefer to direct our customers to Golfballs.com Q: Do you sell components separately?A: No, most of the vendors that we deal with specifically prohibit selling their products unassembled. We respect the wishes of these vendors and have adopted this policy site wide. Q: I lost a club and need it replaced, what do I do?A: Most of the clubs that we sell can be ordered singlely. The easiest method of obtaining a replacement club is to contact us directly. We archive all customer orders and can easily reproduce the club from our records. |
